You are talking about a whole lot of fabrication here.
You will need I beams, angle iron, welding skills,at least a 5 horse power motor hooked up to a hydraulic pump,hydraulic piston.control valve and hoses. And a trailer to mount it on.
I would check farm auctions,e-bay and anyone who is in the firewood business may know of one You may find a used one that needs some repairs.If you look you will find one.
