Counts Mini True

I am following the book Java for Dummies, and am trying to do a little mini project of my own to see if I can get a window that pops up with a button and counts how many times that a user clicks it. I get an error message about the { on line 5, which I have no clue why that would happen when the braces are there.
Here is the code:
