Is my 15 mo old enough for a toddler bed?
She sleeps great in her crib, but she can climb out of her crib at the lowest setting and she had a bad fall out of it this morning. She is usually very cautious and is a big climber - climbing onto everything. This is the first time she fell, but now I'm worried about it. My oldest daughter (also a good sleeper) moved into her toddler bed at 17 months and loved it. I'm not really sure what to do. Both my girls are very tall and way off the charts for height.
It would be a good idea to get her in a big girl bed if she can climb and fall out of her crib. I think it's smarter just to get a twin bed instead of a toddler bed because then, you won't have to just replace it in a year or two. You can by safety rails for the sides and they make them to fit any bed.
