girl who shoots herself is just a previous traveler through the town who has already experienced the wrath of leatherface
the little kid is leatherface's little brother
the trailer people are just residence of the town the movie takes place in they know about leatherface but dont judge what he does and he leaves them alone
and the baby the two ladies have is someone's who was killed by leatherface not theirs
